2025 CIM Bib Transfers

Transfer your Full Marathon entry to another runner – For Gold, Orange and Late marathon entry holders ONLY.  If you are currently registered for the full marathon but would like to transfer your entry to another runner you will have the option to do so during the transfer window October 1 – November 17.   • Here is how it works:
    • Visit the CIM Race Roster page
    • Click the blue ‘Transfer’ button and log into your account
    • Click ‘Transfer to a New Registrant’
    • Enter the new runner’s email address
  • The new runner will receive an email with an invitation to complete the transfer
  • The new runner will pay $230 ($180 entry fee plus the $50 transfer fee) for the ability to register with a transferred entry. All money will be exchanged through Race Roster, do not exchange any money outside Race Roster
  • The new runner will not have the ability to transfer the entry again.
  • The new runner will not have the option to transfer to the relay, even if relay registration is still open.
  • The new runner will not have the option to defer.
  • The original runner will receive a refund of their entry fee.
  • Bib transfers apply to marathon entries ONLY. Add-ons (VIP, Run the Parkway, etc.) do not transfer.
  • Please Note: The new runner will be assigned a Blue Entry.

Late Entries, please note – your race entry fee ($230) will be refunded, but the charity portion ($150) of the entry is non-refundable.

To utilize this transfer platform:

    1. Register on this site to be able to post, and comment, in the dialog box below.
    2. Your initial post must be approved by a site moderator in an attempt to limit bots and scammers. Subsequest posts will not be held for moderation.
    3. Post your bib availability, or reply to an existing posted availability.
    4. Follow the coversation until you reach an agreement with an individual to receive their transferred bib.
    5. To finalize the transfer on Race Roster following the steps at the top of this page.
