2026 CIM Bib Transfers
Transfer your Full Marathon entry to another runner – For Gold, Orange and Late marathon entry holders ONLY. If you are currently registered for the full marathon but would like to transfer your entry to another runner you will have the option to do so during the transfer window October 1 – November 17. (Please visit our message board below). If you are looking to transfer your marathon entry to the relay click here for more information.
- Here is how it works:
- Visit the CIM Race Roster page
- Click the blue ‘Transfer’ button and log into your account
- Click ‘Transfer to a New Registrant’
- Enter the new runner’s email address
- The new runner will receive an email with an invitation to complete the transfer
- The new runner will pay $230 ($180 entry fee plus the $50 transfer fee) for the ability to register with a transferred entry. All money will be exchanged through Race Roster, do not exchange any money outside Race Roster
- The new runner will not have the ability to transfer the entry again.
- The new runner will not have the option to transfer to the relay, even if relay registration is still open.
- The new runner will not have the option to defer.
- The original runner will receive a refund of their entry fee.
- Bib transfers apply to marathon entries ONLY. Add-ons (VIP, Run the Parkway, etc.) do not transfer.
- Please Note: The new runner will be assigned a Blue Entry.
Late Entries, please note – your race entry fee ($230) will be refunded, but the charity portion ($150) of the entry is non-refundable.

Olympic trial hopeful mom(of 4) looking for a bib to my FIRST CIM. After a severe ankle sprain last year, I’ve been trying to get my racing legs back. February-May of this year I did not run because my ankle once again had a torn ligament(did not fully heal from months before). Finally feel like my legs are working well now and I want to give CIM a shot.
I want to shoot for under a 2:45 marathon. This is a great course for offical fast times and it would mean so much for me as I try to qualify for the olympic trials in the coming year. Email: dianatm12@gmail.com

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to find a CIM bib for my very first marathon!
I’m a mom of two little boys, and after losing 100 pounds, running has become such a huge part of my life. I’ve spent months training for CIM, but the truth is, I didn’t register when I had the chance because I was scared. I honestly didn’t believe I was capable of finishing 26.2 miles.
But I kept showing up, putting in the miles, and somewhere along the way, I started believing in myself. Unfortunately, by then CIM had sold out.
Crossing that finish line would mean so much more to me than just completing a marathon. It’s something I never imagined I’d be capable of doing.If anyone has a bib they’re willing to transfer, I would be beyond grateful for the opportunity to purchase it through the official transfer process!
